Julie holds a master of liberal arts degree from Washington University in St. Louis and a bachelor’s degree in English from Drake University in Des Moines. She is a member of the Public Relations Society of America, a graduate of Coro’s Women in Leadership program, and the public relations chairperson for Coro's Leadership Awards Celebration.
