vice president Loren brings Standing Partnership more than 20 years of corporate communications experience from Anheuser-Busch, Monsanto, Solutia, Ameren/CILCO and Caterpillar. His specialties include crisis communications, issues management, financial communications, media relations, employee communications and speechwriting. He received a bachelor’s degree in English from Wisconsin’s Lakeland College, and was an award-winning reporter before moving into the corporate world. His experience includes the first contested takeover of a company in China, launching the first biotechnology crops protected against insect pests, and an employee communication program that earned kudos from Tom Peters, author of In Search of Excellence. In his free time, he enjoys touring on his recumbent bicycle.
