- The FDA's new Bad Ad Program (launched May 11), will educate health care providers on how to recognize
misleading drug ads and provide them with an anonymous way to report them. I'd
love to see which ads are reported - by now, I would think most major pharma companies
have their stuff together when it comes to DTC advertising.
