Why do you work for Standing Partnership? My co-workers are some of the smartest people I've ever worked with. Everyone is so passionate about doing a good job for our clients, learning how to do their jobs better and working together to make this company great. I look forward to coming into work every day. I don't know many people who can say that.

What’s your favorite achievement at Standing Partnership? This website. It was a significant undertaking, but a great learning experience that we hope will benefit our business and our clients. Plus, I got to work on it with one of my favorite people, Ashlyn Brewer.

What is your favorite part of your job? That it's always changing. I think I was born to work at an agency, because you have the opportunity to work on so many interesting projects and get to work with so many awesome people. I love to learn, and you're always learning something here.

What’s one thing people don’t know about you? My older sister named me ...after Nicholas, the little boy on the TV show "Eight is Enough." (But only my grandmother is allowed to call me Nicholas.)

What’s your favorite quote or lyric? "It's not the fall that spells defeat; it's the failure to get up." It's from the first ever issue of The Spectator, my college newspaper where I cut my teeth as a writer.
