Please click below for my brief interview featuring Betsy Cohen, vice president of sustainability for Nestlé Purina, who constantly inspires me with her creativity, commitment and innovative approaches.

Betsy drives a leading global company's sustainability efforts, but our Standing team has come to know her best through our involvement in the St. Louis Petlover Coalition, a successful "collective impact" movement that has made tremendous progress toward making St. Louis "America's Most Pet-Friendly City."

Thanks to Betsy for sharing her insights about reputation management and the evolution of communications as part of my anniversary interview series.

What a great idea to interview leaders in communications in what has changed and where communications is headed. Betsey makes her point well—being nimble, authentic and well informed are critical to reputation management. Thanks for sharing!
