For all of you who are research and measurement fans (like me), I wanted to offer a quick heads up. The Society for New Communications Research will be partnering with Beeline Labs and Deloitte on the second annual Tribalization of Business Study. The study focuses on evaluating the effectiveness of business communities and learning how organizations are measuring the success and progress of their online business communities.
If you run communities or leverage social media as part of your business, please check out the survey. If you complete it, you'll get a summary of the findings. Not a bad trade for the little investment of time.
