The St. Louis Petlover Coalition last week launched its No Unwanted Litters campaign (www.NoUnwantedLitters.org). Standing Partnership was so proud to be a part of the campaign's public unveiling. The event was standing-room-only, and several major organizations announced financial and other support they've committed to the program.

At the celebration event, Standing Partnership made a donation in our colleague Amber Morris' memory to the four nonprofit low-cost spay/neuter groups that are part of the No Unwanted Litters program. She was such an important creative force in making the program a reality, and those that knew her saw what an animal lover she was.

We were particularly glad that her mother, Sharon, a Standing employee, her father Herb and boyfriend Shane were able to be at the event for the check presentation. 

Standing Partnership is an office of animal lovers, and we felt privileged to be a part of this campaign. Our work with The St. Louis Petlover Coalition has included media support, event planning and the development of a coloring book which is an important tool in explaining to children and parents the importance of spaying and neutering pets.

All of our work for the St. Louis Petlover Coalition reflects Amber's creativity, and her passion for this cause. We're proud to continue her legacy through this important initiative.
