My son was married recently and I wanted a unique way to organize the many wedding photos, as well as create a keepsake to share with family and friends. Enter Shutterfly (www.shutterfly.com). Create a free account, download pictures and then get started creating a project. I chose to make a 12×12 photo book but Shutterfly also has many other options.

I call the creation of these photo books “scrapbooking online” because you get to choose the design of the cover and each individual page from a wide array of options including: photo layout, number of pictures on a page, background, photo edges, captions, etc. Each page of the book becomes your unique creation. The end result is an original hard bound book.

The process was a lot of fun and my family now has a beautiful and lasting momento of a wonderful, happy event. Check it out!
