One of the most frequent explanations we deliver to clients is in response to "What is an RSS feed?" If there's one video on YouTube I'd like every client of Standing Partnership's, current and future, to watch, it's this one.

I wish this video had been available to explain RSS feeds to me when I first started using them. Instead, a few of my more tech-savvy co-workers had to walk me through it once or twice (okay, maybe five or six times).
Now, I can’t remember how I functioned without my beloved reader.
