I've been told that the best way to become an excellent writer is to read significantly more than you write. Well, we write a lot at Standing, so it stands to reason that we also have to read a lot to sharpen those skills.
Here are a few of our favorites from this week:
1. This post from our Worldcom partners at Bliss shares great insights on a major challenge facing young PR professionals - learning how to let go.
2. A new gamification system from Qykno Labs helps kids get excited about their future careers at a young age, and is even working to help bridge the gender gap in STEM fields!
3. In their latest blog post, our friends at Parents as Teachers answer an important question: What makes a good workplace? As research concludes that a person's work environment has a great impact on his or her health, it's vital that companies seek the answer to this question.
